Our client, a leading Canadian provider of instrumentation and industrial test equipment solutions, is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Western Canada.
This role can be based in Edmonton & area or Fort McMurray and combines new business development, account management, and consultative selling—helping clients optimize operations with tailored technical solutions (calibration, test equipment, repair, and rental).

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach (20–30%)
- Travel to client sites for meetings, demos, and relationship-building
- Manage and grow existing accounts (20–30%)
- Identify operational gaps and deliver tailored instrumentation solutions
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM activity
- Collaborate with internal technical teams
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial, instrumentation, or B2B technical sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- CRM experience and technical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Experience selling into O&G, utilities, or manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Base salary $70,000- $90,000 + uncapped commission (top performers $200K+)
