- Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 CAD + annual bonus
- Please note, this role is fully remote (must be based in Alberta) and operates on Central Time hours (8 AM – 5 PM CT)

- Serve as the lead analytics partner to marketing leadership, influencing decisions that directly impact revenue growth and profitability
- Own marketing analytics end-to-end, from data extraction and validation through insight generation and executive-level recommendations
- Analyze and optimize paid search (PPC) performance, a primary revenue driver for the business
- Evaluate website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct ongoing website testing and experimentation, partnering with marketing teams to assess impact and refine strategies
- Diagnose performance changes (e.g., revenue fluctuations, ROAS shifts, conversion declines) and determine root causes
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Build and maintain insight-driven dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to guide business decisions
- Mentor and manage 2 analysts across a global team, supporting development, prioritization, and quality of work
- Proactively identify opportunities and issues, operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics within an eCommerce environment
- Strong experience analyzing paid search (PPC) performance and large marketing budgets tied to revenue outcomes
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact (e.g., revenue growth, conversion improvements) with clear, data-backed results
- 2–3 years of hands-on SQL experience for data extraction, manipulation, and validation
- Advanced experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data warehouses (Azure or Snowflake preferred)
- Deep understanding of website analytics, customer journey, and conversion optimization
- Previous experience managing or mentoring analysts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Highly results-driven, curious, and comfortable working in ambiguity within a fast-paced environment
