The Role
In this high-impact, relationship-driven position, you will:
- Lead new business development efforts, prospecting commercial clients in industries like property management, offices, industrial sites, and multi-location companies.
- Conduct discovery meetings, build customized proposals, and close long-term commercial service contracts.
- Support and collaborate with local franchise partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial accounts.
- Use CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all activities.
- Partner with a centralized business development team and regional leadership for leads, marketing, and strategic support.

- Is highly organized and disciplined in CRM use.
- Does not require prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience—your professional sales skills are what matter most
