Aplin is partnered with an establish engineering consulting firm to hire a Project Manager, Land Development to join their growing team in Calgary, AB. You’ll play a key role in supporting engineering projects across the region, focusing on land development, water resources, and municipal infrastructure. You’ll assist with project design, prepare technical reports, support client communication, and participate in site visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Work
- Support land development projects from early design through construction and completion
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and reports
- Coordinate project phases to meet timelines and municipal approval requirements
- Contribute to proposal development
- Help manage projects to meet budgets and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and municipal stakeholders
- Assist in planning and delivering solutions that meet client needs
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment
- Build relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Engineering degree with 5–10 years of civil or land development experience
- Eligible for P.Eng. registration with APEGA
- Experience with municipal infrastructure design (water, sewer, roads, stormwater, drainage)
- Understanding of construction and contract administration
- Familiarity with Calgary-area municipal approval processes
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build client relationships
