We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a collaborative and well-established downtown office in Edmonton. This is a full-time, in-office role.

If you enjoy a mix of accounts payable and administrative work, and take pride in being organized, accurate, and reliable, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy
  • Code invoices and ensure approvals are completed
  • Prepare and support payment runs (cheques and electronic payments)
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Support onboarding and provide backup to executive-level administrative support
  • Assist with filing, records management, and special projects as needed
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Great Plains, or similar)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, administration, or a related field is required
