Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of Personal Lines clients
- Handle renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries efficiently
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage
- Close inbound leads from walk-ins, referrals, and partner channels
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the broker management system
- Provide a high level of customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Level 2 Insurance License
- Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to long-term growth (not a short-term move)
- Comfortable learning new systems (experience with TAM or Applied Epic is an asset)
- $50,000–$65,000 based on experience
- Commission on new business, with additional earning potential
- Ownership of your book of business
- Extended health and dental benefits
- Vacation starting at 2 weeks (negotiable)
- Flexible scheduling (5 days/week within a 7-day operation)
- Flexible 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
