Our client is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Western Canada. They are a leading Canadian provider of instrumentation and industrial test equipment solutions, offering sales, calibration, repair, and rental services. This role combines new business development, account management, and consultative selling to help clients optimize operations with tailored technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach (20–30%)
- Travel to client sites for meetings, demos, and relationship-building (50%)
- Manage and grow existing accounts (20–30%)
- Identify operational gaps and deliver tailored instrumentation solutions
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM activity
- Collaborate with internal technical teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial, instrumentation, or B2B technical sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- CRM experience and technical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Experience selling into O&G, utilities, or manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $70k-$75k + uncapped commission (top performers $200K+)
