- Support the Personal Lines team with preparation of client documents such as renewal summaries, proposals, and underwriting submissions
- Assist in pre-renewal data collection and analysis
- Prepare and distribute pink cards, insurance schedules, and coverage review reports
- Review policies year over year to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and process policy issuance, endorsements, and invoicing
- Support in handling accounting queries and maintaining client records
- Assist with administrative functions like mail handling, scanning, and file management
- Level I Insurance License required; Level II preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth or VIP personal lines insurance policies
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems such as Applied Epic
- Self-motivated team player with a professional demeanor and strong business acumen
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently without guidance
