About The Position
The Junior Law Clerk will support the firm’s legal operations, client experience, and daily workflow. This role combines legal administration, file management, and client service responsibilities while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

You will work directly with the lawyer, managing calendars, coordinating client communication, maintaining files, and assisting with drafting and preparing legal documents. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

The Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional, client-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Clio Manage is an asset
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Compensation
  • Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
