A growing, tax-informed insurance and estate planning advisory practice serving business owners and high-net-worth clients is looking for a Senior Manager, Case Strategy & Planning Operations. Compensation
- $90,000 to $100,000 or more based on relevant candidate experience

- Own complex business-owner and HNW files from intake through policy placement
- Coordinate with clients, accountants, lawyers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and compare insurance illustrations and planning materials
- Build and maintain repeatable execution processes and file readiness standards
- Manage carrier relationships to minimize timelines and keep files moving
- Provide ongoing pipeline and underwriting status reporting to senior leadership
- Serve as a systems champion, maintaining data integrity and CRM hygiene
- Support the development of client-ready planning summaries, case studies, and marketing materials
- Oversee junior support staff in maintaining documentation standards and system updates
- Experience in an MGA, carrier advanced planning desk, bank insurance division, or independent advisory environment
- Strong understanding of life insurance structures, corporate-owned policies, and estate planning applications
- Active LLQP insurance license or previous licensing preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor is a must
