Ready to take full ownership of a growing ag retail operation and make your mark?
This is not a “maintain the status quo” role—this is an opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial leader to step into a well-established business and elevate it to the next level.
Our client, a respected and growing organization within the agricultural sector, is seeking an Ag Retail Store Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and shape the future of their retail and supply business. With a strong foundation already in place, they are looking for someone who brings vision, initiative, and the confidence to challenge ideas, improve processes, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take full ownership of store performance—leading a dedicated team while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong financial results. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, expand market reach, and enhance the overall customer and member experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
