Our client, a growing and highly entrepreneurial equipment financing company based in Saskatchewan, is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead its in-house marketing function. This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven, strategic marketer who is excited by the idea of taking full ownership of marketing within an already successful and expanding organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-trust environment and is motivated by the opportunity to create, execute, and evolve a marketing vision from the ground up. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate the company’s brand, enhance its market presence, and support continued growth across Western Canada.

The Opportunity
You will take the reins of all marketing initiatives—transitioning from externally supported efforts to a cohesive, in-house strategy. With a strong foundation already in place, you’ll have the autonomy to refine, expand, and innovate across multiple channels while introducing new ideas that position the company as a forward-thinking leader in its space.

**Please note – this is an in-office, full-time position**

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Own and evolve the company’s digital presence, including social media, website, and online campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO best practices
  • Lead the design and creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and print collateral
  • Support a dual-market approach, creating targeted campaigns for both agricultural clients and financial institution partners
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging
  • Identify and explore new opportunities in multimedia content (e.g., short-form video, storytelling, brand awareness)
  • Provide direction on website design and user experience, working with external developers as needed
  • Elevate the overall professionalism, consistency, and impact of all marketing touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
  • A highly self-motivated, independent marketer who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while executing on details
  • Experience managing and improving social media, SEO, and digital analytics
  • Strong design capabilities, with the ability to create polished, professional marketing materials
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Interest in building something—someone who is excited by growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact
Why This Role?
  • Opportunity to build and own the marketing function from the ground up
  • High level of autonomy and trust from leadership
  • A collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong growth momentum
  • The chance to be part of a company that is evolving, expanding, and looking to differentiate itself in the market
