Our client is a privately owned Insurance Brokerage with strong roots in the Niagara region. As they continue to scale and grow their business, they are in need of an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their team and serve a growing book of business while mentoring junior brokers.

Compensation
- $60,000 to $90,000 commensurate with relevant industry and role experience

- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, policy reviews, coverage gap analyses, and responding to inquiries to drive retention
- Own the full renewal cycle including remarketing, negotiating terms with insurers, processing endorsements, and presenting options to clients
- Support new business development by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and assisting producers with proposals for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong underwriter relationships to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate client files in the broker management system
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across producers, claims, and leadership on complex accounts
- RIBO License
- At least 2-5 years' commercial insurance servicing experience
- Powerbroker experience is an asset
- Knowledge of underwriting guidelines from various insurers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a edge for client service
- Willingness to work in office full-time
