The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Your focus will be on cold calling, lead generation, and setting qualified meetings to fuel the recruitment pipelines.
This is a contract opportunity, offering both full-time and part-time hours depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120 to 150 cold calls per day to prospective clients across targeted industries.
- Secure 5 qualified meetings per week for the account management team.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and refine outreach efforts.
- Demonstrate patience and persistence, following up consistently to convert leads into opportunities.
- Sales Experience Required: You have prior experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or a high-volume call environment
- Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills.
- Persistence: Resilient and motivated in a high-activity role.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive
- Professional Presence: Able to represent our organization with credibility
- Hourly Rate: $20–$23/hour, based on experience
- Bonus: Additional bonuses for qualified meetings booked
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on your availability, with a consistent weekly schedule aligned to team needs
