You will support marketing and business development initiatives, working closely with practice group leaders, lawyers, and internal teams. About The Position
- Develop and coordinate print and digital marketing collateral, including ads, posters, mailouts, and promotional materials
- Create and distribute electronic marketing materials such as e-blasts, newsletters, event invites, and holiday greetings
- Manage social media accounts and develop content/campaigns to highlight firm and lawyer initiatives
- Support lawyers with LinkedIn best practices to enhance professional visibility and reputation
- Update website content, including lawyer bios, practice and student pages, and support special web projects and GEO initiatives
- Coordinate directories, ranking submissions, and research new platforms to promote the firm and its lawyers
- Maintain and support the CRM marketing database to advance business development and relationship-building efforts
- Assist practice and industry groups with networking opportunities, sponsorships, and award nominations/submissions
- Provide general administrative support, including document management, account payables, photoshoot coordination, and event logistics
- Conduct industry research and support ad hoc projects to advance marketing and business development objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications; 3–5 years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Constant Contact, Excel, and open to leveraging AI and evolving technologies
- Collaborative team player with a flexible attitude, able to adapt to new information and set priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, works independently, and maintains a positive, professional approach in cross-functional teams
- Annual salary range $65,000 - $75,000
