We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join a busy team supporting membership services functions. This 5 week contract with an immediate start (and potential for extension) will assist with important document review and administrative work related to collective bargaining.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex documents, contracts, or agreements and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review collective agreements and related documents including previous agreements, Letters of Understanding, and Memorandums of Agreement
  • Cross-reference multiple documents to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing language
  • Assist with incorporating updated or negotiated language into existing documents
  • Provide administrative support related to grievance files including file setup, tracking, and document management
  • Edit and proofread correspondence and formal letters to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the Membership Support team as required
Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong document review skills
  • Experience working with contracts, legal documentation, collective agreements, or complex policy documents is an asset
  • Background in legal administration, HR, labour relations, or similar environments is considered an asset
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple documents and maintain accurate records
