Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant for an immediate temporary opportunity based in Winnipeg. This role supports senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring administrative operations run smoothly. The position has the potential to transition into a temporary-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership.
- Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare and distribute meeting summaries.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other executive materials.
- Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and events.
- Prepare financial reports and process expense reports.
- Maintain and organize files and documentation using internal systems.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- A criminal background check is required.
