Responsibilities
- Support the sales and service teams with day-to-day account coordination and administrative tasks
- Assist with client communications and help maintain strong, professional relationships
- Coordinate internally across departments to ensure client needs and deliverables are executed smoothly
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including account setup and ensuring a seamless start to the relationship
- Assist with account management processes, tracking key information and keeping projects organized
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure communication and documentation are kept up to date
- Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up related to client accounts
- Contribute to improving processes and workflows as the company continues to grow
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, marketing support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and supporting both operational and client-facing tasks
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a growing company environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Willingness to travel to various client meetings within the Calgary area
