Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client to recruit an Organizational Change Management Lead for an immediate remote opportunity.

The Organizational Change Management Lead will play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering effective change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be experienced in Prosci (ADKAR) or similar change management methodologies and will lead the development and execution of stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and change readiness activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies using Prosci (ADKAR) or similar methodologies.
  • Identify, plan, prepare, implement, and sustain organizational changes across multiple projects.
  • Participate in data gathering and process workshops and contribute to the development of the Target Operating Model.
  • Review and evaluate System Integrator recommendations, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and support management approvals.
  • Support the identification of program team training requirements related to project implementation.
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement, and participation.
  • Develop and analyze financial and risk measures and provide project reporting through dashboards.
  • Participate in the development of end-user training strategies.
  • Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to support end-user adoption.
  • Guide project teams in the use of project methodologies, deliverable templates, and tools.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communications planning to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or a diploma/degree in Creative Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a change management leadership role, including internal and external communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, building change networks, conducting ADKAR assessments, measuring change readiness, and developing associated plans.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across a variety of mediums such as scripts, web content, articles, advertising, and surveys.
  • Experience developing change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding organizations through significant transitions or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience overseeing the execution of change management plans to ensure successful adoption by employees.
  • Proven ability to assess the impact of changes on business processes and mitigate potential risks.
  • Experience researching, gathering, organizing, and developing strategic messaging for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience creating, launching, and managing communications plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Experience working on SAP projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business and political acumen.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, listening, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator.
  • A criminal record check will be required for the successful candidate.
