We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing retail location. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including team leadership, operational excellence, customer experience, and community engagement. The successful candidate will lead a team of more than 50 employees across retail, lumber yard, and delivery functions, while fostering a positive, accountable, and customer-focused workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations across retail, lumber yard, and delivery teams to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 50+ employees, fostering a supportive and accountable work environment
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s purpose, vision, and values
- Partner with senior leadership to support business growth, workforce planning, and community engagement initiatives
- Oversee operational processes including inventory management, merchandising standards, and workplace safety
- Monitor store performance and analyze key business metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Promote a culture of collaboration, reliability, and professionalism across all store functions
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
- Experience in hardware, home improvement, or building supply retail environments is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large teams in a fast-paced retail setting
- Strong operational management skills, including experience with inventory, merchandising, and store performance metrics
- Ability to analyze business data and use insights to drive operational and financial performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
