Our client is looking for a Construction Account Manager to join their growing team. This position focuses on managing and servicing a construction-based commercial portfolio, partnering closely with producers to support mid-sized and large construction clients while delivering outstanding service and technical insurance expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and service a construction-focused commercial book, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries
  • Partner with multiple producers on new business placements and ongoing account management
  • Manage mid-market and larger construction accounts, ensuring coverage meets client needs and insurer requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the brokerage management system
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and appropriate coverage for construction risks
  • Deliver responsive, professional service to foster long-term client relationships
Team Environment
  • Part of an 8-person construction insurance team, including a manager and 2 Technical Assistants (TAs)
  • Book assignments may vary depending on TA support and producer alignment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Commercial Account Manager, with a focus on construction accounts
  • Strong knowledge of construction-related risks, coverage structures, and market placement
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Valid RIBO license required
