What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and guidance.
  • Champion the employee experience across onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee relations, and workplace matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development opportunities to support individual and team success.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, from job postings through interviews and selection.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Contribute to HR projects that strengthen and enhance a people-first culture.
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
