Join a dynamic property management team as a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance and leasing, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences while managing a dedicated team.

Compensation
  • $110,000 -  $130,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned residential and commercial properties in the portfolio.
  • Ensure buildings are maintained in a safe, clean, and well-operated condition.
  • Conduct monthly property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Supervise building staff including Resident Caretakers and maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for building maintenance and improvements
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests alongside our back office support team.
  • Oversee leasing activity including advertising, showings, tenant screening, and lease execution.
  • Ensure compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act and other applicable regulations.
  • Manage Resident Caretakers to ensure move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy documentation protocols are strictly followed.
  • Prepare and monitor property operating budgets.
  • Review rent rolls, vacancy reports, and monthly operating results.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs across the portfolio.
  • Assist ownership in planning and executing building upgrades and capital improvement projects.
  • Obtain quotes, review scopes of work, and oversee contractors.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience managing a Residential/ Rental portfolio 
  • Self driven & excellent communication skills
