Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of five years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law. This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the firm’s software system
- Assist lawyers with trial preparation, including organizing and managing exhibits
- Draft, file, and serve pleadings and other legal documents
- Support lawyers in the preparation and filing of litigation materials
- Coordinate the flow of documents between legal professionals and clients
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient case management
- Legal Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Five to ten years of experience as a Legal Assistant in plaintiff personal injury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
