Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Assistant with a minimum of eight years of litigation experience to cover a 12–18 month maternity leave. This role supports three lawyers, providing executive and administrative assistance to the Partner, as well as litigation support to two Associates.
This position requires full-time, in-office attendance (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with clients
- Draft, edit, and review legal documents and correspondence
- Arrange travel and coordinate meetings, hearings, and other events
- Oversee time management, workflow, and resource allocation within a busy litigation practice
- Provide additional administrative and legal support as required
- Minimum of 8 years of litigation legal experience
- Experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, securities, defamation, and/or energy litigation is considered an asset
- Legal Assistant Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
