Required Skills
  • Admission to the Ontario Bar (or eligible for admission).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in tax planning, ideally with exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues with precision and professionalism.
Nice to Have
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and M&A transactions.
  • Clerkship experience with Canadian Tax Court.
  • Familiarity with broader tax disciplines or related legal areas.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Completion of the in-depth taxation course or M.Tax an asset.
