We are seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to shape the future of the Digital Workplace across our enterprise.

As Manager, Digital Workplace & Endpoint Services, you will lead the strategy, security, and modernization of end-user computing, collaboration, and workplace technologies that support both corporate and field operations.

This is a leadership role focused on building a secure, scalable, and modern workplace ecosystem that enables productivity, operational reliability, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute Digital Workplace and endpoint modernization strategies across identity, collaboration, communications, and field technology environments.
  • Lead lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints using modern management platforms such as Microsoft endpoint and identity services.
  • Drive secure workplace operations through strong cybersecurity governance, including device compliance, patching, and access control.
  • Oversee support services, collaboration platforms, voice communications, mobility, and managed print environments.
  • Enable enterprise AI adoption within the workplace while maintaining security, governance, and operational readiness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Digital Workplace team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 3–5 years in leadership roles supporting Digital Workplace, endpoint, or enterprise support services.
  • Strong technical and strategic experience across modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint management, and identity platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable service performance, operational efficiency, and business value.
