Responsibilities

• Lead broking of new and renewal Commercial Lines business, including large and complex property placements
• Market risks in the open market and provide comparative analysis and strategic coverage recommendations
• Serve as a technical resource to AMs and AEs, supporting coverage structure and wording enhancements
• Underwrite and manage delegated authority placements, including CGL and specialty programs
• Maintain detailed tracking, documentation, and worksheets for complex accounts while working independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, in brokering roles.
• Valid Level 2 insurance license; additional industry designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach and a drive to succeed in a fast-growing company.
