- Competitive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 negotiable plus annual bonus

- Lead broking of new and renewal Commercial Lines business, including large and complex property placements
- Market risks in the open market and provide comparative analysis and strategic coverage recommendations
- Serve as a technical resource to AMs and AEs, supporting coverage structure and wording enhancements
- Underwrite and manage delegated authority placements, including CGL and specialty programs
- Maintain detailed tracking, documentation, and worksheets for complex accounts while working independently
- Minimum 12 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, in brokering roles.
- Valid Level 2 insurance license; additional industry designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and a drive to succeed in a fast-growing company.
