- Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in public accounting within a comparable professional environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CaseWare, QuickBooks, and tax software such as TaxCycle, ProFile, or TaxPrep.
- Showcase outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
