Responsibilities
- Prepare and review personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Prepare and review compilation engagements
- Participate in the preparation of audit and review engagements (prior experience required)
- Develop and maintain strong, in-person client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate directly with the Owners/Partners and take ownership of key client files
- Contribute to the firm’s long-term succession strategy, with potential progression toward partnership
- CPA designation in good standing
- Demonstrated tax and public practice accounting experience across multiple engagement types
- Experience supporting or leading audit and review engagements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
