We are partnering with a confidential, fast-growing advisory platform backed by a well-established national financial services organization. This specialized division focuses on advanced tax and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate families across Canada.
While operating within a broader national platform, this advisory group functions with an entrepreneurial mindset, offering flexibility, collaboration, and significant income upside not typically found in traditional banking or public practice environments.
The division is in growth mode and looking to add senior leadership to help scale its tax and estate planning practice.
About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing leadership position designed for a technically strong CPA with deep experience in private enterprise tax and estate planning.
The Director will guide complex planning engagements for incorporated professionals and multi-generational families, particularly within the real estate, construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors. The role blends advanced tax structuring with strategic advisory exposure and revenue participation.
This is not a compliance-heavy position and is not a traditional insurance sales role. Instead, it focuses on delivering sophisticated tax-driven planning solutions in collaboration with accountants, lawyers, and internal advisors.
Responsibilities
