They are currently in search of a Commercial Lines Insurance Broker to maintain and grow a book of business with small to medium accounts in various industries.

Benefits & Perks
- Base salary between $60,000 - $75,000 depending on relevant experience plus new business commission

- Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies
- Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clients
- Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices
- Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners
- Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes
- Must have Level 1 valid broker license in Alberta, Level 2 preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial insurance Broker at a brokerage
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
