Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging with potential enterprise clients where we currently have no existing business ties. You will be responsible for initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and securing meetings with key decisionmakers to introduce our recruitment services.
This position is fully in office for the first 3 months, with potential of hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to targeted enterprise accounts to introduce our services and schedule meetings with key stakeholders.
- Utilize strategic research and prospecting techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent followup and communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to calls, meetings booked, and client engagement.
- Proven track record of success in Customer Service, sales or business development role, preferably within the recruitment industry or B2B sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a persistent and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet and exceed KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
