- Manage backend administrative tasks including filing, creating templates, invoicing, and renewal reminders
- Support producers on specialty risks such as sports recreation, entertainment, hospitality, construction, realty, fintech, manufacturing, and cannabis
- Attend client calls and underwriting meetings, with occasional in-person meetings in Calgary
- Prepare pre-renewal schedules and liaise with underwriters to finalize coverage
- Review policies and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with underwriters
- Support retention efforts with a goal of 98% renewal retention and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor accounts with premiums of $50K or higher, including some in the millions
- Assist with renewal strategies and client project collaboration
- Epic experience is highly preferred
- RIBO license Level 2 is ideal; Level 1 is required with a goal to upgrade
- Ability to manage large and complex commercial accounts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with specialty risks in sectors like construction, cyber, D&O, E&O, crime, environmental, and more
