- Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Assisting with employee documentation, letters, and HR administration
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance
- Supporting payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Assisting with employee relations inquiries and internal communications
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
- Supporting leadership with general HR initiatives
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business (an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with HRIS systems is an asset)
