Our long-standing Insurance Brokerage clients are seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager with strong mid-market P&C experience to manage and grow a diverse commercial book of business. This role partners closely with producers and insurer partners to deliver exceptional client service, strategic risk solutions, and retention-focused account management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a dedicated commercial book of business, with a focus on mid-market clients, ensuring strong relationships and high retention
  • Oversee renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review applications, assess risk exposures, loss history, and coverage needs; bind policies, calculate premiums, and ensure accurate coverage placement
  • Ensure premiums, taxes, and fees are collected prior to binding and upload all policy documentation to client and insurer portals
  • Deliver a high level of client service during peak renewal periods, maintaining same-day response standards and managing high call volumes
  • Collaborate closely with Producers and internal teams on account planning, renewals, marketing, proposals, cross-selling, and business growth initiatives
  • Maintain compliance, workflow documentation, and professional standards while leveraging EPIC and Microsoft Office tools; participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' of mid-market commercial insurance servicing experience
  • RIBO License is a must
  • Working towards CAIB or CIP designation is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Clear and precise written and verbal communication
  • Experience with EPIC is an asset
