About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier GC that is deeply rooted in Vancouver and known for delivering technically challenging TI projects.

You will take full ownership of site operations, leading projects from start-up through to close-out. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who actively drives progress, coordinates trades effectively, and solves problems in real time.

Projects will primarily include complex commercial and institutional TI work with significant coordination requirements.

About the Position
  • Lead full site operations from project start-up through to completion

  • Master trade coordination, including managing schedules, avoiding overlaps, and resolving site conflicts

  • Push the schedule and maintain alignment with the master construction program

  • Oversee MEP coordination and structural tie-ins within active TI environments

  • Ensure QA/QC is completed proactively before work proceeds

  • Monitor General Conditions and maintain budget awareness on site

  • Run weekly and daily scheduling, including leading Monday coordination meetings

  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in Procore, including daily logs and photo reports

  • Coordinate with consultants, inspectors, and clients to ensure compliance and smooth inspections

  • Track and manage deficiencies through to full resolution

  • Ensure projects achieve clean close-out and occupancy readiness

  • Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with WorkSafeBC standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction

  • Strong Tenant Improvement experience within the Vancouver market

  • Proven ability to run projects end-to-end on site

  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination and technical TI challenges

  • Experience managing multiple trades on complex projects

  • Highly proficient with Procore and comfortable with Smartsheet scheduling

  • Strong documentation habits and daily reporting discipline

  • Solid understanding of WorkSafeBC requirements and site safety practices

  • Stable career history with reputable local General Contractors
Compensation
  • $120,000 – $150,000 base salary depending on experience
