We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organization in the health and benefits space that is expanding its Individual Advisor Channel. They are seeking a National Business Development Manager to elevate product awareness, strengthen distribution partnerships, and exceed revenue targets across Canada.

They are seeking a National Business Development Manager to elevate product awareness, strengthen distribution partnerships, and exceed revenue targets across Canada.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Achieving and exceeding gross and net revenue targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with MGAs and advisors through regular meetings, events, and strategic engagement
- Planning and delivering advisor education initiatives, including webinars and CE-accredited sessions
- Collaborating with internal account management and service teams to support overall book performance
- Expanding and enhancing a high-quality advisor network
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
- Representing the organization at industry conferences and partner events
- 5+ years of sales experience within the individual health, travel, or affinity insurance market
- Proven experience working with MGAs and advisor distribution networks
- Demonstrated success in growing and managing a book of business
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally
- LLQP designation considered an asset
