We are currently recruiting for a 5-week contract opportunity starting ASAP within the Government of Alberta, supporting a policy review and clean-up initiative. This is a full-time, in-office role located downtown Edmonton.
This project requires someone highly detail-oriented who thrives in analytical, document-heavy work. You will be reviewing, interpreting, and refining large volumes of policy documentation to improve clarity, structure, and accuracy. If you enjoy digging into complex information and organizing it into something clean and logical, this role will be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and analyzing large volumes of policy documents (extensive page bundles)
- Extracting key information and summarizing complex content clearly
- Identifying overlaps, inconsistencies, and gaps in policy language
- Organizing and restructuring content for improved clarity and accuracy
- Supporting policy clean-up deliverables with a strong focus on detail and precision
- Reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and document review experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and summarize complex written material
- Previous experience in the Government of Alberta is an asset
- Solid Excel skills (testing will be required)
- Ability to work independently in a structured, full-time office environment
