Turn data chaos into clarity — and insight leaders can trust.

We’re looking for a Data Quality Architect who sees beyond rules, dashboards, and scorecards. Someone who understands that data quality is not just a control function — it’s a strategic capability.

This role is for a data storyteller and systems thinker. You trace fragmented data back to its source, uncover root causes, and translate complex data health challenges into clear, compelling narratives that resonate from executives to frontline teams.

You will champion data quality across the iGaming Regulatory business area and the broader enterprise — elevating it from reactive remediation to proactive design, governance, and trust.

What You’ll Do

Drive Insight & Accountability

Translate data quality trends into clear, executive-ready insights that inform decisions and strengthen accountability.

Architect & Embed Data Quality
Define and evolve enterprise data quality architecture, embedding observability and scalable, root-cause solutions across the data lifecycle.

Enable Ownership & Culture
Partner with Data Owners and Stewards to establish clear standards and accountability, while advancing data literacy, governance, and trust across the organization.

What You Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline — or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise data management and data quality practices.

  • Deep knowledge of data quality architecture, principles, tools, and methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with data profiling, validation, and rule development.

  • Strong understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM).

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

  • Ability to communicate complex data issues clearly and influence across business and technical audiences.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality and profiling tools.

  • Experience implementing data observability frameworks.

  • Relevant certifications in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management.

  • TOGAF or DAMA CDMP certification.
