Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across multiple market segments
- Build, manage, and expand high-value client relationships
- Balance new business acquisition with strategic account growth
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover untapped opportunities
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and business cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Provide actionable market intelligence and client feedback to shape business strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven business development, sales, or account management success in a B2B environment
- Experience working with commercial, enterprise, or large-scale customers
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable results
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a full sales territory
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Competitive base salary($80k-$90k) plus uncapped, performance-driven commission
