Customer Service Representative

Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a growing insurance company on the search for their next Customer Service Representative. Located out of the Winkler office, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual from the Pembina Valley to join one of Manitoba’s top employers.
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position.

• Starting salary of $47,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:

• Greet in-person clients and direct inquiries
• Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions related to their insurance coverage
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
• Communicate with other team members and act as a liaison between departments
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is preferred
• Previous experience in an office or customer-service related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Self-directed, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
