About the Position
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership and the Real Estate practice group. This role is central to the firm’s daily operations and requires the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate the needs of partners and executives. The position reports directly to senior leadership.

Requirements
Must Haves
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a law firm
  • Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) or Executive Assistant certification
Nice to Haves
  • Experience supporting a Real Estate law practice
  • Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., iManage/FileSite)
  • Experience supporting partners, executives, or senior leadership within a law firm
Compensation
  • Salary: $60,000-$70,000
