What You’ll Do:
- Manage and service a diverse book of personal insurance clients with professionalism and attention to detail
- Handle renewals, endorsements, claims, billing inquiries, quoting, and portal entries efficiently
- Collaborate with multiple producers and house accounts in an alpha-split setting to ensure client accounts are actioned in a timely manner
- Stay organized and proactive, demonstrating your independence and expertise
- At least 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance service and support
- Valid RIBO license and comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- EPIC experience is a huge plus!
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to navigate insurance portals, handle claims, and process endorsements accurately
- Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience
