This position will be located in Burnaby, BC. The commercial maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.

This position will be located in Burnaby, BC. The commercial maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
- Take direction from the Property Management team and, in conjunction with team members, assist with all activities related to operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including internal work orders and service contracts performed by outside service providers.
- Assist and/or respond to any maintenance-related emergencies, including after regular business hours.
- Cover shifts for Building Operators as needed.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience with some commercial experience.
- 4th class power engineer ticket is an asset
