Responsibilities:
- Manage mid to large commercial accounts, primarily construction, retail buildings, bonds, etc.
- Provide end-to-end client service from policy placement to sign-off, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate with TSRs and other team members to prepare summaries and certificates, signing off on the final documents
- Handle client inquiries, policy updates, and endorsements with efficiency
- Cross-sell additional coverages such as umbrella policies when appropriate
- Maintain detailed and organized client files, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the team and report to the interim commercial manager to meet departmental goals.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with mid-sized to large commercial insurance accounts
- RIBO license is mandatory
- Ability to perform a comprehensive 360-degree client service role independently
- Strong professionalism and confidence in signing authority
- Experience with Epic software is ideal
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in office on a full-time basis
- Competitive salary range from $85,000 to $90,000+, potentially higher based on experience
