Our client is a locally rooted and growing insurance brokerage based in Saskatoon. With a strong reputation in the community and an exciting period of growth ahead, they are expanding their team and looking for a Personal Lines Broker who wants to be part of a forward-moving, client-focused organization.

Responsibilities
  • Advise personal lines clients by assessing risk and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriting partners
  • Manage quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
  • Support retention and growth of an existing book of business while pursuing new opportunities
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and suitable coverage for clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across a variety of client needs and situations
Qualifications
  • Valid Level 2 insurance license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
  • Strong understanding of personal insurance products, coverage options, and market trends
  • High attention to detail with proven accuracy in policy servicing and documentation
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Experience using BMS software (EPIC preferred)
