Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a gradually assigned book of commercial insurance clients across various industries such as construction, contractors, manufacturing, and more.
- Work with markets and remarket policies to optimize coverage options for clients.
- Cross-sell applicable products and identify opportunities for new business growth.
- Coordinate and book insurance policies including CGL, commercial auto, E&O, and related coverages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Support the team during peak seasons, including increased volume during holidays.
- RIBO License is a must
- 2-3 years' minimum experience in commercial insurance servicing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages such as general liability, auto, and E&O
- Strong understanding of insurer guidelines, industry trends, etc.
- EPIC experience is a huge plus!
- Attention to detail with a focus on providing excellent client service.
- Competitive annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000
- 3 weeks' vacation and 6 personal days
