Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will:
- Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, cost control, asset management, and overall profitability.
- Champion a strong customer-focused culture across both B2B (industrial clients) and B2C (consumer customers).
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster employee engagement and retention.
- Support daily operational activities with a hands-on, collaborative "one team" approach.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and market insights.
- Uphold and model ethical, professional behaviour in alignment with company values.
- Coordinate and participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts.
- Ensure branch operations align with corporate standards and procedures.
- Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership and/or sales experience with a strong track record of profitable growth.
- Proven ability in team leadership, negotiation, and business management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and coach team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
- Experience in industrial product sales or service is a strong asset.
