Our client, a trusted brokerage with a thriving book of business, is seeking a motivated and personable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Mississauga. What you’ll need to succeed:
  • At least 2 years of personal lines insurance experience in a brokerage setting
  • RIBO license
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting and coverages
  • Proficiency in Epic and/or Compuquote (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated problem solver with limited supervision
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Nice to have:
  • Experience uploading and processing new business and policy changes in carrier portals
  • Familiarity with social media communications for client engagement
  • Experience working with premium comparison reports and renewal analysis
Other requirements:
  • Comfortable working in-office in Mississauga five days a week
  • Ability to handle high-volume client interactions via phone and email
  • Willingness to support the team and participate in special projects as needed
